Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
1. Information We Do Not Collect
At TGramProxyVPN, privacy is our core value. We do not host or monitor the content of user chats, voice files, or media. All communications inside Telegram are end-to-end encrypted or cloud-encrypted by Telegram Messenger Inc. Our proxy directory only lists connection hosts, ports, and obfuscated secrets that act as routing pathways. We do not inspect or save metadata relating to your device's destination traffic.
2. Server-Side Connection Validation
When you submit a proxy via our Submit Form or use the live TCP Checker, our backend server performs a secure socket connection check (handshake) to the designated IP and port to record latency (ping). This handshake does not capture visitor credentials, connection history, or user metadata. The tests are purely operational socket queries.
3. Caching and Storage
To optimize speeds and support translation options, we cache a lightweight JSON file (`proxies_cache.json`) locally. Additionally, we use standard browser local storage (`localStorage`) to remember your preferred language selection. These settings are stored entirely on your local device and are not uploaded to our server.
4. Cookies and Advertising
To fund server hosting, we may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense). These systems use anonymous browser cookies to serve contextually relevant ads. You can disable cookie support directly in your web browser preferences at any time without losing website functionality.
5. Contact and Policy Changes
We reserve the right to refine our privacy policy as network standards change. If you have questions regarding our compliance practices, please get in touch via our Contact page.
