About TGramProxyVPN

TGramProxyVPN is a free, volunteer-driven directory dedicated to keeping the global Telegram network open and accessible to all, especially in regions facing network blocks, ISP throttling, or strict censorship.

Our Mission

Access to secure communication is a fundamental human right. When governments or ISPs block Telegram, millions are cut off from family, news, and essential services. Our mission is to act as a reliable, real-time repository of verified MTProto and SOCKS5 proxy connections that allow users to route their messaging traffic safely past local firewall restrictions with zero friction.

How Our System Works

Unlike static lists that quickly gather dead or blacklisted IP addresses, TGramProxyVPN is dynamic. We maintain an automated backend validation server that queries nodes and tests latency via parallel TCP connection queries every 10 minutes. If a server goes offline or fails its handshake, it is instantly removed from our master list cache. This ensures that the proxies you copy or click on are active and optimized for speed.

A Commitment to Privacy

We believe in complete transparency. We do not require registration, we do not log client IP addresses, and we do not intercept messaging traffic. Since Telegram encrypts all message packets natively via the MTProto cryptosystem, our role is simply that of a signpost—helping your Telegram application locate active routing servers (proxies) around the world.

Supporting the Project

This directory is sustained by network volunteers who submit active servers and help keep our databases updated. If you run a public MTProto or SOCKS5 relay, you can submit it to our index via the "Add Proxy" tab on our homepage. It will be validated and published immediately if online.
