Editorial Policy

TGramProxyVPN is committed to providing free, high-speed, and secure Telegram proxy directories. To maintain our reputation as a trusted resource for bypassing digital censorship, we adhere to strict standards of transparency, safety, and reliability.

1. Sourcing and Submission Standards

All proxies listed on our platform come from public submissions and volunteer relay operators. We do not support or list proxies configured for malicious routing, data extraction, or network hijacking. Every submission is passed through our automatic quarantine and check pipelines before publication to ensure it meets network stability guidelines.

2. Continuous Automated Testing

Unlike static lists, our systems monitor connection latency, availability, and routing speed in real time. We execute automated health checks on all active nodes every 10 minutes. Proxies that fail to establish a clean TCP handshake or have latencies exceeding acceptable thresholds are automatically delisted to ensure that users always receive working connection parameters.

3. Security and Obfuscation Focus

In highly censored regions like Iran, Pakistan, and Russia, standard proxy traffic is easily filtered using Deep Packet Inspection (DPI). We prioritize MTProto proxies utilizing TLS obfuscation (such as those with secrets prefixed with "ee" or "dd"). These protocols mimic standard HTTPS traffic, making them significantly harder to detect, block, or throttle.

4. User Privacy Notice

We do not intercept, monitor, or store any message packet payloads. Telegram's native MTProto protocol provides end-to-end encryption for Secret Chats and cloud encryption for regular chats. While proxy operators can view the client IP address and metadata (such as volume and timestamp), they cannot decrypt message contents. We advise users to connect only to verified servers and run secret chats when handling sensitive communications.

5. Contact and Feedback

We welcome reports regarding dead servers, security issues, or general feedback. Feel free to contact our technical team at support@tgramproxyvpn.com.
